The Outside Cleaning Technician is a full-time position responsible for serving residential and commercial clients through window washing and gutter cleaning in East Central Indiana.

Window Washing:
• Responsible for washing interior and exterior windows in commercial buildings (e.g. car dealerships, offices) and residential buildings (e.g. homes, rental properties).
• Able to learn and perfect window washing techniques.
• Must be comfortable on ladders and able to climb, lift, and bend.
• Exhibit attention to detail and willingness to re-do a task until it is done correctly.

Gutter Cleaning:
• Responsible for removal of leaves and debris from roofs and gutters.
• Must clean-up job site before leaving.
• Willingness to operate a back-pack leaf blower.
• Must be comfortable on ladders and roofs and able to climb, lift, and bend.

Pressure Washing:
• Responsible for pressure washing various surface types using various temperatures, pressures, and chemicals as appropriate.
• A mechanical mindset/skillset helps operate the mobile pressure washing truck.
• Must clean-up job site before leaving.
• Must be comfortable on ladders and able to climb, lift, and bend.

Personal Growth:

Position Details:
• Schedule is primarily Monday through Friday, between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm. Some evenings and weekends required.

• Must be able to stand, carry up to 30 pounds, climb, lift, and bend.
• Requires an eye for detail.
• Candidates must be able to follow instructions and work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
